ChannelsOverview

Channels

A “channel” is one connection between the platform and a provider (WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, Telegram bot, IMAP mailbox, web-chat widget). One agency can connect many channels — they all feed the same inbox.

Where to connect them

/dashboard/channels — one card per connected channel + buttons for the providers you haven’t connected yet. Connecting opens the provider-specific OAuth or token-paste flow.

Per-channel settings

Each connected channel exposes:

  • Display name (what agents see in the inbox)
  • Default reply (when nothing else matches — see Routing)
  • Active / paused toggle
  • Token / credentials (re-paste if rotated)
  • Webhook URL (for providers that push to us; auto-set for some)
