Channels
A “channel” is one connection between the platform and a provider (WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, Telegram bot, IMAP mailbox, web-chat widget). One agency can connect many channels — they all feed the same inbox.
Supported channels
| Channel | Best for | Setup complexity |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business | Most B2C use cases in India / SEA / LATAM | Medium (Meta dance) |
| Facebook Page | Page DMs + Ads-driven leads | Low |
| Instagram Business | DMs + Stories replies | Medium (Meta dance) |
| Telegram bot | Power users + dev / testing | Lowest |
| Email (IMAP/SMTP) | Long-form / transactional | Low |
| Web chat widget | On-site customer support | Lowest |
Where to connect them
/dashboard/channels — one card per connected channel + buttons for the providers you
haven’t connected yet. Connecting opens the provider-specific OAuth or token-paste
flow.
Per-channel settings
Each connected channel exposes:
- Display name (what agents see in the inbox)
- Default reply (when nothing else matches — see Routing)
- Active / paused toggle
- Token / credentials (re-paste if rotated)
- Webhook URL (for providers that push to us; auto-set for some)
